Business Supply is committed to your complete satisfaction. When mistakes happen, we make every reasonable effort to ensure any return is handled efficiently and fairly. All requests for return or refund must be received within 3 business days of original shipment delivery. Our Returns Department must be notified of all returns. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and received by our Warehouse within 30 calendar days of the original shipping date. Shipments without a RA# may be refused by our warehouse.
In the unlikely event one of the above situations occurs, we will arrange for merchandise pick up and return. A return label will be electronically emailed to you. You will be responsible for taping the label to the package, giving the package to a driver on the next delivery or taking it to an authorized UPS location. The label is valid until the package is returned. If an item is not returned on a reshipment within 30 days, Business Supply retains the right to bill you for the non-returned item.
All returns not completed with the items returned to the warehouse within 30 days of a "return issue date” may be subject to cancellation by Business-Supply.
If any part of a product is defective or damaged, please return the entire product so that we may assess the problem and take adequate corrective action for the future. Business Supply will only accept returns on the following products if there is a manufacturer defect, damaged in transit, or if we erred in shipment:
If you have not received your complete order within 3 business days of order, please contact us first at support@business-supply.com or toll-free at 1-800-676-0180 Monday-Friday from 9AM-6PM EST. If you believe you have been shorted items on your order, we will track the shipment, confirm weight records, and process your replacement within 2 business days of our verification of loss. All shortages must be reported within 3 business days of expected receiving date.
If a product is returned incomplete, Business Supply reserves the right to assess up to an additional 30% restocking fee to bring the item back to saleable condition. If a product being returned as "new" has clearly been used or damaged prior to return to Business Supply, we reserve the right to refuse refund completely. Refunds will only be credited to the original card used for purchase, within 3 weeks of being received at the warehouse (warehouse processing, Returns Department Processing, your financial institution’s processing).
We will refund the purchase price but reserve the right to assess a restocking fee of $10.00 or 10% return/restocking fee, whichever amount is greater. Any and all original shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the cost to return the item to Business Supply.
Returns on items that were delivered by Freight are subject to a Processing fee equal to but not exceeding the Freight charged to Business Supply by the freight company on the initial delivery.

If you refuse your order with our shipping agent be aware that the amount to ship your order back to our warehouse plus a $25.00 Return/ Reprocessing fee will be deducted from your final credit.

If you need to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #), please email our Returns Department at returns@business-supply.com or toll-free at 1-800-676-0180 Monday-Friday from 9AM-6PM EST.
Please provide the following information when requesting an RA #:
1. The Order Number (same as "Receipt Number")
2. Item number(s) of the return merchandise
3. Quantity of each item being returned
4. Reason for the return
5. Condition of item(s) being returned
Within 24-48 hours (not counting weekends or holidays) of receiving your request, Business Supply will email you an RA #, if applicable, a UPS Call Tag number, and any further instructions necessary to complete the Return. You will receive an RA # and either a UPS Call Tag or a Return Address.
Repackage the item securely, in original condition, with all original packaging, with any included warranty cards, manuals and accessories. On the outside of the shipping package (Do not write anything on the original product packaging, only on the shipping package.), write the RA #, and if applicable, the UPS call tag number.
If pick up has been arranged by Business Supply via UPS call tag or other means, you must make the products being returned reasonably available for pick up during normal business hours. Delays or missed appointments (by the customer) may require adjustment fees.
3 UPS Pickup Attempts (if arranged by Business Supply) – The UPS driver will be notified of a pickup and will make 3 attempts to pick up the package at the specified address. If the package is not picked up after 3 attempts, the request is canceled and a new request is required at an additional fee.
If you are responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse, please ensure adequate packaging for shipment. We urge you to ship via a trackable method and insure high-value goods to cover replacement costs if you have concern of loss or damage in transit. We are not responsible for shipments lost in transit to our warehouse. UPS and Fedex have tracking on all packages, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a nominal cost.
All returns MUST be shipped to the warehouse address as issued at the time of the Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted at the Business-Supply Call Center. Returns shipped to the call center are subject to an additional 10% processing fee or $10.00, whichever amount is greater.
All products, unless otherwise noted on our site, are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty; the warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. If you experience quality problems with an item after the 3 business day period has expired, please contact the manufacturer of the item directly.
