Influenza Resources

Influenza (commonly called the flu) is a highly contagious respitory illness caused by the influenza family of viruses. There are two main types of the flu virus: Type A and Type B. Both are contagious and are responsible for the seasonal flu outbreaks each year. The CDC reported that the 2012 - 2013 flu season is expected to the worst one on record in the last 10 years.
