Placing an Order at Business Supply
We've worked very hard to make it as easy as possible to place
an order with us.
- Once you have located the product or products that you are interested
in, simply enter the quantity or amount you want to purchase, and click
the "Add to Cart Button". This adds the product to your shopping
cart, which can be seen in the upper right corner of the page. If you are
interested in purchasing another product, navigate to that product and click
the "Add to Cart Button" again.
- Once you've added all the items you want into the shopping cart, click
on “Checkout” to view it. This takes you to a checkout page
where you can review the items and confirm the quantity and price. If you
are ready to complete the purchase, click on the "Checkout Now”
button.You are then brought to a secure Checkout page that asks for your
information related to the order.
- Once there, start the checkout process by entering you email address.
An email address is require to process the order, so please call our Customer
Service Department if you don;t have or use an email so they can help you
place an order. We require an email address as all the communication from
our store is done via email. So your receipt, notification of shipping,
tracking number, etc. are sent via email. Submitting your email address
will then open the Shipping Address “Fields”. Filling in your
proper shipping address and saving the information to our ordering portal,
will open the Billing Information “fields”; including Credit
Card “Fields”.
- After you submit your credit card information you will be very close
to completing the order in our system. You can then choose to receive our
Monthly Coupons and Newsletters on email and decide if you want to check
out as a guest or create a Password for an account in our ordering portals.
We do recommend that you check the box to receive our monthly emails as
we send out some great coupons that will save you money every month.
- The very last action you will need to do is click on "PLACE ORDER”.
In seconds your order will be in authorized and we will issue your Order
Number and Customer I.D. Your order is now on its way to our supplier warehouse
to be shipped.
