The top-opening form holder is made from durable recycled aluminum and 60% post-consumer materials. It has storage compartments that can hold up to 30 completed forms with a 3/8” storage capacity. It features an aluminum cover clip that holds about 1-1/2” of forms and an antimicrobial additive that effectively reduces the onset of bacteria and fungi on the product. It uses a patented clip system which provides a high tension clip with license/card holder in addition to a self-locking latch that keeps the compartment securely fastened. The writing plate offers a firm surface for clear copies while at the same time giving protection to forms that are under the clip.
