MSA V-Gard slotted cap meets all applicable requirements for a Type I (top impact) helmet as outlined in ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2009 (Class E), and CSA Z94.1-2005. Standard cap features a Fas-Trac suspension and meets the voluntary standard for low temperature and reverse donning as prescribed by ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2009. Look for the official reverse donning logo to determine if hard hat may be worn backwards without voiding approvals. Cap features a durable, high-density polyethylene shell
