PIN Entry Employee Time Clock manages 50 employees and is upgradeable with more employee capacity with additional purchase. Offers everything you need to streamline your timekeeping and payroll process. Employees simply enter your unique ID number to clock IN and OUT, and the PIN Entry employee time clock does the rest. Along with automated recording, calculating and reporting of employee hours, the system can export timekeeping data directly to QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, ASCII, Microsoft Excel and many other payroll export programs. Tracks regular time, two levels of overtime, sick, holiday and vacation pay. Edit timecards, check attendance and view hours at the time clock or the PC. View/Print timecard, Who?s IN/OUT, Missed Entry, Detail, Total, and Wage reports. Allows multiple departments per employee. Accepts tips, job numbers, and department changes at the clock. Stores employee records for unlimited time. Includes 50' communications cable and AC power adapter.
