Swap the keyboard and mouse for left-hand use. Adjust the height by simply lifting up on the platform. The mechanism adjusts up/down 5-3/4", in/out 21", swivels 360 degree and tilts positive/negative 15 degrees. Comes with a gel palm rest and instructional CD.
