Filing, Storage & Accessories

Lateral File - Also known as horizontal file cabinets, were designed to be shorter and fit underneath or the same height as most desks. This style typically comes in a 2 or 3 drawer configuration.
Vertical File Cabinet - Invented in 1898, the vertical file cabinet was designed to take up little space, while optimizing the amount of storage space the cabinet could support. Vertical models are available in a number of different configurations including 2 drawer all the way up to 5 drawer versions.
Mobile Files - Like the name implies, this style of file cabinet was developed for mobility and portability. Many people commonly confuse this style with the more popular pedestal file, which is designed to fit underneath a desk or printer table.
Pedestal Files - While some of this style come with wheels or castors like the larger mobile file design, pedestal file cabinets are specifically designed with 2 drawers and made to fit in tight spaces such as underneath a desk, printer table, or conference table.
