Our Free Shipping policy on office supplies mean you get the office products you need without excessive charges for shipping. We don't 'pretend' to give you a low price and then charge an unwarranted amount in shipping to compensate. . Most items qualify for free shipping, oversized or exceptionally heavy items may have additional shipping apply, but otherwise all orders over $50 ship FREE. Orders under $50 have a flat $6.95 shipping charge attached. How's that for simple?

With us "next-day means next-day"
We consistently amaze our customers with the speed at which they receive their items. Orders placed by 2 pm EST, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, will ship the same day for all items that can ship via UPS, for next-business-day delivery to most locations in the 48 contiguous states. Those items that are not able to ship via UPS, such as furniture and oversized items, will ship via common carrier from our warehouse to your door for delivery in 1-4 business days. Most orders still arrive within 1-2 business days.

We strive to keep a zero wait time for incoming calls (though their may be a minimum wait time during peak periods), and constantly educate and train our Customer Service Team so they may serve you better.
