Heavy-duty vinyl binder organizes and secures paper with four stacked pockets. One Touch EZD ring has a locking mechanism. Wider front and back binder panels fully cover standard dividers and sheet protectors. Back-mounted rings let pages to lie flat and all have exposed rivets on back.
